As a trained weight loss coach dedicated to helping you reach your health goals, I believe that sustainable weight loss is achieved through a holistic approach that combines a healthy eating plan, regular exercise, supplements and positive lifestyle changes.

Achieving optimal health can be a catalyst for losing extra weight. When your body is functioning at its best, it’s more efficient at burning calories and maintaining a healthy weight. During the period of weight loss, I will be working with you to cover areas of imbalance to reach both your optimal health and weight.

Six Months Plan
Lose up to 18 kgs or 40 Pounds- You’ll need to fill up the intake forms , an online or in person meeting to get to know about you
- You will recieve an individual plan for you and have a meeting to introduce and explain the plan.
- I’ll be guiding you through out the journey, with a regular check in, motivating you to stay on track.
12 Month Plan
See More- Choose this plan if you want to lose more than 18 kgs (40 pounds) and/or if you have other health conditions that need to be addressed.
- Step 1: Fill out the intake forms. I will schedule a follow up meeting (online or in-person) to get to know you better.
- I will create an individual plan for you. Then we will have a meeting to introduce the plan. The program will be addressing your health concerns in deep as well to the weight loss
- I’ll be guiding you throughout the journey, with a regular check in, motivating you to stay on truck. Online or in person meetings will take place as needed.
Booking Your Appointment
Please book your appointment by clicking here or by giving at least one-day notice. Note that the appointment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know 48 hours in advance. Full refunds will be issued if the cancellation was confirmed 48 hours prior to the session. Otherwise, $35 will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
