Nutritional Consultation
Package A
- A Quick Nutritional Consultation
- An initial intake session, followed by a nutritional protocol includes easy to follow food guidelines, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations
- Being in contact with me for one month to check out the improvement and adjust the protocol if needed.
Package C
- Nutritional Assessment
- This includes an intake form (medical history, lifestyle, and nutritional journal), and 3 sets of questionnaires about various health symptoms.
- The package includes one scheduled session after filling the forms, to provide you with a chart that outlines the best foods and supplements to promote wellness
Package B
- In-Depth Nutritional Consultations
- One intake session, and 3 follow-up sessions (within 6 months),
- Includes, nutritional assessment, protocol, diet and lifestyle recommendation and supplements, with being in contact with me as needed.
Metabolic Balance
MB Package 1
- One intake session, and 5 sessions follow-up within 4 months, with being in touch with me as needed
MB-Package 2
- One intake session and 5 follow-up sessions, Nutritional Assessment, protocol, follow-up for 6 months.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance. Full refunds will be issued if the cancellation was confirmed 24 hours prior to the session. Otherwise, $35 will be deducted if you did not inform me 24 hours prior the session.
